The journey to work should be smooth, comfortable and carefree. Our employees commuting from Stříbro, Nepomuk and Pilsen can use our company buses as transport to work. The timetables are adapted to the shifts and travel costs are largely covered by the company.

In addition to company transport, both our operations are also accessible by public bus and train transport.

Lunch from us or your own.

Our employees receive a food subsidy in their wages. It is then entirely up to them to decide whether the will use it for company catering, which is provided in both of our plants. There are also newly built modern spaces that serve as dining rooms and places to rest.

Payment at any time

PalmApp is an application that allows employees to withdraw their earned wages at any time during the month up to a total of 20% of the gross monthly wage. Everything works easily with an app that employees download to their smartphone.

Loyalty pays off. We have a special reward system for permanent and long-term employees. The longer you work with us, the bigger the one-time bonus you get.  We will also support you with a financial contribution in new life stages, such as a wedding, the birth of a child or a life anniversary. We allow enough rest.

Sufficient rest is the main prerequisite for a satisfied employee. That´s why we give our employees one more week of paid vacation than is usually the case in the Czech Republic.

Employee benefits system.

Cafeteria is a system of employee benefits in which the employee selects from the available offer only those benefits that are of the highest value to him within the set budget.

Scored points from the employer, the employee can use for payments of online orders  via an online app, or for services and goods at selected partners via Flexi Pass CARD. Earned rewards are tax-advantaged, so employees receive 26% more than the company would have paid for social and health insurance in the case of including the reward in the salary. Flexi Passes are intended for leisure activities such as sports, travel, culture or education. You can also use them in the health area, e.g. in pharmacies, medical supply  stores, at opticians or when paying for above-standard healthcare. You can Relax with them in a wellness studio or a salt cave.

Company doctor immediately at hand.

Our employees have the opportunity to visit the company doctor in the offices located in both company premises and use him for occupational medical examinations.

Law and justice strengthen relationships and certainties. Therefore, we consistently pay attention to labour law standards and help employees with legislative problems in their private lives as well. If you do not know your way around legal issues, you can use our legal consultancy free of charge and, moreover, directly on the premises of our two plants.

Reduced working hours (compared to the law) but full salary.

The standard weekly working time is 40 hours. However, we offer reduced working hours of 37,5 hours per week.
